# Reconcile feedback from three readers: scoring guide

Compare three readers' actual notes on a draft, find agreements and conflicts, and turn them into a revision plan without pretending that every comment can be followed at once.

## How to use it

1. Run the template on your own material, or take an answer you already have.
2. For each criterion below, read the answer against the two lines and tick one: meets or does not meet. Quote what you saw.
3. A criterion marked "checked by you" is yours to mark. An AI cannot meet it for you.
4. Count the ticks for meets, out of 6. Fix the first criterion that is not met and run the guide again.

## The guide

### 1. Each comment quote appears in the readers' notes

A plain rule you can check by eye.

- Meets: Each comment is quoted from the right reader note.
- Does not meet: A reader is misquoted or a silent reader gains a made-up opinion.
- Your mark: [ ] Meets [ ] Does not meet
- What you saw:

### 2. Each group has a clear relationship

A plain rule you can check by eye.

- Meets: Each group is marked agree, conflict or single without false consensus.
- Does not meet: A conflict is described as agreement or a single note as consensus.
- Your mark: [ ] Meets [ ] Does not meet
- What you saw:

### 3. Each revision has a supported decision

A plain rule you can check by eye.

- Meets: Each decision is revise, ask or keep with a reason and a response to the concern.
- Does not meet: A decision uses another status or supplies a missing fact.
- Your mark: [ ] Meets [ ] Does not meet
- What you saw:

### 4. Open questions are visible in the response

A plain rule you can check by eye.

- Meets: Questions to resolve remain in the reader response.
- Does not meet: The response says all questions are settled when they are open.
- Your mark: [ ] Meets [ ] Does not meet
- What you saw:

### 5. Each reader's note has an answer

Checked by a second AI prompt.

- Meets: Every distinct reader note receives an edit, a question or a reason to keep.
- Does not meet: A reader note disappears or a conflict is silently resolved.
- Your mark: [ ] Meets [ ] Does not meet
- What you saw:

### 6. You confirm the revision choices

Checked by you.

- Meets: You check the original notes and ask the decision owner to resolve conflicts.
- Does not meet: You send a revision with an unresolved conflict or an unverified fact.
- Your mark: [ ] Meets [ ] Does not meet
- What you saw:

## Your result
