# Sort changes into keep, fix or drop: scoring guide

Turn feedback on a current plan or service into a short list of what to keep, what to fix, what to drop, and what needs a decision, with a quote behind each move.

## How to use it

1. Run the template on your own material, or take an answer you already have.
2. For each criterion below, read the answer against the two lines and tick one: meets or does not meet. Quote what you saw.
3. A criterion marked "checked by you" is yours to mark. An AI cannot meet it for you.
4. Count the ticks for meets, out of 6. Fix the first criterion that is not met and run the guide again.

## The guide

### 1. Each feedback quote appears in the supplied comments

A plain rule you can check by eye.

- Meets: Each quoted comment appears in the supplied feedback.
- Does not meet: A comment is invented or attributed to the wrong speaker.
- Your mark: [ ] Meets [ ] Does not meet
- What you saw:

### 2. Every part has one allowed action

A plain rule you can check by eye.

- Meets: Each current part gets keep, fix, drop or ask with a reason tied to feedback or goal.
- Does not meet: A part has no allowed action or a drop rests on one dislike without the goal.
- Your mark: [ ] Meets [ ] Does not meet
- What you saw:

### 3. Every revision row gives a next move

A plain rule you can check by eye.

- Meets: Each revision row has a concrete next move and a way to check it.
- Does not meet: A row says only improve it or claims an untested result.
- Your mark: [ ] Meets [ ] Does not meet
- What you saw:

### 4. The brief keeps open questions visible

A plain rule you can check by eye.

- Meets: Open questions remain visible in the brief.
- Does not meet: A missing fact or conflicting request is silently decided.
- Your mark: [ ] Meets [ ] Does not meet
- What you saw:

### 5. Each proposed change follows the feedback and goal

Checked by a second AI prompt.

- Meets: Every fix and drop follows the cited feedback and the stated goal.
- Does not meet: A proposed change has no source or the brief loses a keep item.
- Your mark: [ ] Meets [ ] Does not meet
- What you saw:

### 6. You approve drops and unresolved choices

Checked by you.

- Meets: You check each drop against the goal and resolve open choices before publishing.
- Does not meet: You publish a drop or guess through an open choice without checking it.
- Your mark: [ ] Meets [ ] Does not meet
- What you saw:

## Your result
