Build your "how I like work done" file
SampleAnswers turned into rules, tested on a real task, one rule reworded, then one file to paste.
Sample results: runs and scores on this page are illustrations while testing is set up. How we test
What goes in: your answers
A front-desk manager at a small dental office
Work: I run the front desk of a small dental office. I write to patients and to 4 staff.
Sound: Warm and plain. Short sentences. No medical jargon.
Layout: The answer first, then details in bullets, 4 at most.
Annoyed by: It opens with "Certainly!". It makes up phone numbers. It writes too much.
Always: Ask me if a date or time is missing.
Sample task: Write a reminder email for a patient with a visit on Tuesday, November 10 at 2:30 pm.
Next: the first step runs
Step 1Turn your answers into rules
Step 2Try each rule on your sample task
Step 3Fix the rules that failed
Step 4Write the file you paste into your AI tool
