Check and scoring guide builder

Write a check or a whole scoring guide, then see it work on an answer you paste. Rules are run for you. Questions become a tick list you mark.

Your checks

Write one check, or a whole guide. A rule can be run on an answer here. A question is for an AI second look or for you.

  • Check 1

Give it a short name. Type the most words allowed, as a whole number.

Try it on an answer

Paste an answer from your AI. Rules run right here. For questions, you decide.

0 of 1 rule met, 1 not run yet

  • Check 1. Not run yet. Type the most words allowed, as a whole number.

Take it away

Copy or download the guide as Markdown, or put the checks into a template in the Editor.

Finish 1 check to take the guide away.

Put it in the Editor

Three kinds of check, and what you get

A rule
A plain test this page runs on the answer, with no AI.
Example The summary stays within 150 words.
An AI second look
A question another AI prompt answers about the work. This page does not answer it.
Example Does every action have an owner and a date?
You read it
A question only a person can answer. You tick meets or does not meet.
Example Is the summary fair to the report?

Using the builder

  1. Write each check with the line that meets it and the line that does not. Two readers should mark it the same way.
  2. Paste an answer. Rules run at once. For the questions, you tick meets or does not meet.
  3. Copy the guide, or add its checks to a template in the Editor and take the files out there.
