Run Record
A run record is the written note of one test run: the date, the tool and its version, the sample used, what each check found and how each row was marked. Kept run after run, the records show whether the workflow got better or worse.
Run a sample
Run the workflow on one sample from the test set.
In a Real Template
Every template keeps its run records in a file for each run. Each record names its checks the way the scoring guide does, and has these fields.
step-pull- date
- The day the run was made.
- tool
- The AI tool it ran in.
- version
- The version of that tool, because a new version can change a result.
- sample
- Which sample from the test set was used.
- checks
- For each check: whether it passed (passed), and what it found (found).
- fixed
- What was fixed along the way, or that nothing needed fixing.
- score
- For each row of the scoring guide: met or not met (met).
What to notice: The template’s page shows its records under a notice that says which are examples and which are real runs. This page shows the fields only.
From the template Turn meeting notes into decisions and actions.
Easy to Mix Up
- A test setThe jobs you run. The run record is what you write down after running one of them.
- A scoring guideThe same rows for every run. A record fills them in for one run.
- A worked exampleA sample run you step through on a page. A run record is the plain note kept after a run.
